Students will discover and explore geometric relationships using a variety of tools such as compasses and straightedges. Students will learn theorems, conjectures, postulates and definitions by performing constructions, measuring figures, relating patterns and properties, and discussing their findings. This course will also be covering statistics and probability. Graduation Requirement: Elective Course Designation: Elective This is a class for students in grades 10-12 who have satisfactorily completed the course in which they will tutor. Students will support the teacher by working with students in the course individually and in small groups.
