10 | BATTLE GROUND PUBLIC SCHOOLS Supporting Student Learning Battle Ground Public Schools prides itself on outstanding student achievement, made possible by the support of our community, parent involvement and dedicated staff. ree of our schools were recently recognized as 2013 Washington Achievement Award winners: CAM Academy was recognized for "Overall Excellence," and Captain Strong Primary School and Battle Ground High School were recognized in the area of "High Progress." ese state awards are in addition to numerous state recognized staff and program awards.
